Our 'Iris
Suite' comprises of a double room with comfortable King-size
bed and a separate dressing room suitable for a third bed if
required. There is also a large new en-suite shower room
and the suite is newly furnished and decorated.
The 'Blue
Rose' twin bedded room is cosy and sunny, newly decorated
and attractively furnished and has a bathroom adjacent.
Both bedrooms
have flat screen TV and DVD players and tea and coffee
making facilities.
The rooms have
extensive views over the village green and farmland to the

Guests can
make use of our cosy sitting room with its 40" flat
screen television and DVD/Video player.
Breakfasts
are served in our sunny conservatory where guests can
enjoy local farm produce.
We offer
the choice of a 'Full English Breakfast ' or smoked
salmon and scrambled eggs.
Evening
meals can be ordered in advance and are cooked to a
high standard.
In the
Post Cottage kitchen, we will only use organic, fresh
and local farm meats. Trout have been line caught
from Rutland Water, along with fresh fruit and
vegetables grown in our own organic kitchen garden.
Delicious
desserts and home-made ice cream are a speciality of the
house ...
At Post
Cottage we are not licensed, but are very happy
for our guests to bring along their own wine.
We can
always find a corkscrew, bottle opener and glasses if
needed ...
